The rain setting

Skid-pad event measures the car's cornering ability on a flat surface while making a constant-radius turn. Because the weather was unsettled, we were unable to bring out the rain setting of the car. On the first run, I could not control the car enough due to a quick behaviour of the car. However, because we have done enough practices on Skid-pad, we had repaired the car as much as possible and were able to get a good time.
Although the weather was unsettled, because we kept on checking the weather, we believe that we have gained the best result that we could get within the given time. However, there was a steering trouble during the run, which made us realize how important it is to check the car in the practice before the actual event.
Regret for not finishing with the best time

In the acceleration event, compete on the speed of the car in a straight line of 75 metre. It evaluates the car's acceleration.
Because we were second in the acceleration event in the F-SAE West Competition and because it is an event in which we can show our car's engine power and light weight, we feel regret for not finishing with the best time. There were no worries in the start thanks to the launch control, but a mistake with the shift-up, and that was due to lack of practice.
Would like to regain the first position
