Japanese teams equipped with perfection and performance had won a lot of attention.

The parking lot was used as
the racing course in the competition.
However, it has been paved exclusively
for the competition. This year, Formula SAE Japan Competition was held at Ogasawara Sports Park in Shizuoka Prefecture from September 13th (Wed) to September 19th (Sat).

As many as 50 teams including 1 team from Taiwan and 2 teams from Korea participated in the 4th Japan Competition. Moreover, the competition was held as the first FISITIA Formula SAE World cup.

It was the 4th year of the
FSAE Japan competition,
and entry team has skyrocketed from
17 to 50 from the first Japan competition.Our team had become a host school of University of Michigan Ann Arbor (M-Racing), who was invited to the competition as a guest team, which was a good opportunity for active international exchange.

Each team had set up
a tent at their pit.
In front is the practice area.The competition this year turned out to be a huge event with more than 2000 participants in total (1029 entrants, 556 guests, 98 Press, and 270 staffs.)

From first to last, Sophia University had become a center of attention, and we feel that we were able to leave behind a best result at the first World Cup.
